Vi postiamo lo spot creato apposta per gli Exilia! Certo è in tedesco ma rende benissimo l’idea.

Ma per non essere da meno in Italia citiamo una delle recensioni che fanno onore a questa band internazionale.

“Ma che altro dobbiamo aggiungere per far capire la grandezza di questa band? Difficile dirlo, difficile trovare altre parole, perché gli Exilia sono oltre dieci anni che tirano fuori lavori bomba e con questi hanno costruito una reputazione underground di tutto rispetto che ora merita solo un gancio più in alto e la giusta esposizione ad un pubblico più ampio. Prendi il nuovo “Decode”, ad esempio, che con le sue dodici tracce riprende, migliora ed amplifica ulteriormente il marchio crossover del gruppo, quello agitato da riffoni moderni, ritmo post-Skunk Anansie/Guano Apes style più la personalità, l’ottima performance e l’innegabile presenza scenica della singer Masha.
Il tutto per assemblare un lavoro dal calibro internazionale e con possibilità bomba non solo di confermare il successo europeo ottenuto dalla band fin qui ma anche di lanciare gli Exilia in un airplay radiofonico che gli consentirebbe, come Colombo (Cristoforo, non il Tenente), la conquista dell’America. Impatto, determinazione, sound adrenalinico, nemmeno una nota fuori posto (compresa la conclusiva “In My Veins” per voce e piano) in questo attacco di metal alternativo che trae linfa dagli anni ‘90, pesta come maledetto e guarda al futuro. Finalmente dopo una lunga attesa il 5° album degli Exilia “Decode” è finalmente uscito ufficialmente in tutta Europa.

The new single “Over The Edge” will be broadcast on national Italian TV Channel Rai 2 at “Quelli che il calcio” on upcoming Sunday (March the 4th) for the Wrestling competition of the first italian female wrestler who chose “Over The Edge” as soundtrack for her matches all over Europe.

EXILIA reveals the cover artwork and title for the band’s fifth studio album, “Decode” which is scheduled for release at the end of May 2011.

Ms. Masha which  is well respected  for her lyrical content, dramatic  and energetic live performances describes their music  as a total impact with something real, something  that cannot be contained in a commercial box.

“Music  is my way to express myself and I get inspired by many music styles, writing  and  combining different genres to find the right code to decypher the sound I hear in my head, I can’t put any limits to it, our music is universal and does not belong to any system.

Decode, which invites all the Exilia’s fans to reflect and decode the cover’s meaning, unleashes an uneasiness reminiscent of EXILIA’s earliest and most unbridled material.

The new album will contain 12 tracks and it’s gonna be a proud, fully power and honest album keeping the pure EXILIA code.

EXILIA rivela copertina e titolo del quinto album “Decode” che uscira’ a fine Maggio 2011.

Ms. Masha che è rispettata non solo per le sue notevoli qualità vocali ma  anche per i contenuti dei suoi testi e le sue energetiche  ed espressive live performance, descrive  il nuovo album come un totale impatto con la realta’ e che non puo’ essere confinato  in alcuna scatola commerciale.

“La musica è il veicolo per la ricerca di me stessa,  vengo inspirata da molti  generi musicali, scrivendo e combinando stili differenti cercando il giusto codice per decifrare il suono che riecheggia nella mia testa  non  pongo  alcun limite a questo  perché voglio che la nostra musica sia universale e che non appartenga ad alcun cliché”.

DECODE, che invita tutta i fans degli EXILIA a riflettere  e decodificare  il significato del nuovo artwork, sguinzaglia l’inquietudine evocata degli esordi. Il nuovo lavoro  conterrà 12 traccie e sarà un album onesto e proud preservando il puro  codice EXILIA.
